Ghanaian actor, entrepreneur and politician, John Dumelo has dished out a piece of advice to landlords on how to tackle rent issues in the country.
According to John Dumelo, landlords in Ghana especially Accra should start taking five months deposit on their buildings.
He explained that after taking the first deposit, they can then start charging the tenants on monthly basis.
John who has been overly concerned about the ridiculous amount of money landlords charge before giving out their rooms for rent decided to help out.
In a Facebook post, John charged landlords to use part of the deposit money from the tenants to fix any fault they might encounter in the building.
