Controversial Political activist and businessman, Kwame Asare Obeng popularly called A-Plus has rated the performance of the president as poor claiming his age has affected his ability to govern the country effectively, giving him 20%.
Berla Mundi shared a tweet of what A-Plus supposedly said on TV3’s NewDay about the president’s performance in the last 5yrs saying his age has affected his ability to govern the country effectively.
According to the post, A-Plus gave the president’s performance 20% and he thinks he’s overwhelmed, and his age has affected his ability to govern the country effectively which hs turned him into a pastor now as he’s more lenient than he used to be.
To A-Plus going by the post Berla Mundi made, the president has become soft and not able to govern the country effectively because he’s overwhelmed and his age is also playing a very vital role in his inefficiency.
See post below;
I will rate President @NAkufoAddo ‘s performance at 20% . I think he is overwhelmed and his age has affected his ability to govern effectively. He has become a pastor now, more lenient than he used to be- A-Plus #TV3NewDay
Controversial Ghanaian socio-political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng better known as A Plus has been slapped with a lawsuit of Ten Million Ghanaian cedis for defamation.
A Lebanese businessman, Hassan Zein alleged that A Plus used his photo and made defamatory comments about him on Facebook, that has the potential of ruin his image.
Zein is therefore seeking among others general damages of Ten Million Ghana Cedis (GHS 10,000,000.00) and an order directed at A Plus to retract the said defamatory comment and picture through the same medium used in defaming him.
Mr Zein also wants a perpetual injunction against the defendant from ever defaming him and an order for the payment of exemplary and punitive damages.
Meanwhile, Mr Zein’s lawyers have also prayed the Court for an order of interlocutory injunction restraining the defendant or his assigns from “publishing, sharing, commenting, re-publishing the malicious, vexatious and defamatory and or libellous comments about Plaintiff/Applicant, on any social or regular media for whatever purposes until the final determination of the instant suit”.
Popular social commentator, A-Plus has chided rapper, Sarkodie over his recent comment where he lamented about the harsh living conditions in Ghana.
You would recall that on Monday, December 6, Sarkodie took to his Twitter page on December 6, 2021, to share his thoughts on the hikes in fuel prices that has necessitated commercial drivers to embark on a strike.
“The people are going through it!!! We always do!!! All we ask for is the right environment to hustle/ be productive,” the Sakcess label boss earlier wrote.
The Sarkcess Music CEO’s comment comes on the back of criticisms on social media where many accused him of being silent over the country’s hardships and somewhat contributing to it with his ‘Nana toaso’ statement during the 2020 general elections.
But after sharing his views on the fuel hikes on Twitter, Ghanaians dug a post from Sarkodie sometime in 2013 where he registered similar complaints against the Mahama-led administration in a seemingly harsh approach.
“Wow fuel prices go up! Smh. Paying Mahama a visit this evening.” his comments read.
It was in this light that A-Plus after a careful comparison of Sarkodie’s tweets during the era of both governments lambasted the rapper for his subtle way of criticising the NPP government .
“The hypocrisy. During John Mahama time as president the hardship was caused by his incompetence abi? Now there is serious hardship under Akufo Addo, instead of telling him the truth you added “we always do” to make you look good before them. When you spoke about hardship under John Mahama didn’t “we always do?” Or we were living in San Diego before he became president?” A-Plus stated.
Ghanaian musician cum Political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as A-Plus has alleged that some monies are being shared secretly among industry players distributed at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture
He stated that some individuals have been invited to receive theirs but he was sidelined as these monies are in the shadows.
He made this known in his Facebook live recently as he added that Arnold Asamoah Baidoo was called upon to come for his share of the money but he was rejected.
In his words, “Money is being shared at the creative arts ministry. The ministry is sharing money silently not for production or whatever. Nobody has ever called me to come for some of the money. One may say you’re not active but they called Arnold to come and take some of the money and he refused. Bulldog, Myself and Reggie Rockstone was not called but Arnold was called. Because he was in their good books. Okraku called Arnold to come and receive some of the money. Why haven’t they made it public that government has released some funds for the creative arts industry?”
“Is the creative arts director aware that they’re sharing some money at the ministry? I’ll inform Reggie Rockstone. Unfortunately, he wasn’t at the meeting but I’m sure the question he wanted to ask, someone had already asked for him. Same goes for LilWin. They were able to ask your questions but no one called you to” come for the money”
Popular Ghanaian social and political activist, A Plus, born Kwame Asare Obeng has accused former TV3 presenter and bi-polar ambassador, Abena Korkor for trying to tarnish the image of top media personality, Serwaa Amihere.
This comes after an anonymous Snapchat account holder made explosive revelations about Serwaa Amihere alleging that she slept with some top executives in the New Patriotic Party (NPP), and also pimping ladies to them for money.
However, A Plus who has sworn to take Abena Korkor to the cleaners after accusing him plotting against some government officials slammed Abena Korkor in a new post on his Instagram page for trying to muddy Serwaa’s reputation as he claims she is the brain behind the secret Snapchat account, Bombshelli.
A Plus wrote:
“There are women in this country who are free to sleep with whoever they choose to. They are even free to talk about it openly after smoking some cheap weed. Then such people turn around to create fake accounts to talk about who is sleeping with who and some fellow woman believe and share it in excitement.
“Which sensible woman will believe or participate in such foolishness!! Women empowerment my tr*mu!! Agyimifoɔ!!! @serwaaamihere wo daa da!! When they sleep with men they use the money to buy weed and pretend they have bipolar!! Use yours to buy range and houses. You too it is your own body!!!”
