Captain Planet got married to his heartthrob, Uche Ofodile in June 2014, who was then the Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone Ghana. On wishing his wife a happy birthday, he took to his Instagram handle to pour out one lovely birthday message to his dear wife.
According to him, Uche is the most beautiful wife in the world who has filled his life with immense love and happiness and that Uche is just not his wife but his best friend.

Uche who is the former Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone Ghana, resigned to pick up a higher position with a different company in September 2014 and took up a bigger challenge as the CEO of TIGO in DRC.
As Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone, Uche drove spectacular growth for the company and won many awards to crown the commercial success, including “Most Admired Brand” and “Telecommunications Company of the Year.”
She played an instrumental role in Vodafone Ghana’s success by overhauling the strategy, driving business performance and creating a strong local talent bench, including ‘snatching’ the title sponsorship of the prestigious Ghana Music Awards which was then sponsored by her strong competitor MTN and she also developed the Vodafone 020 Live concert which brought Trey Songz, Amber Rose, Ludacris, D’Banj, P-Square and others to Ghana.
Prior to Vodafone, Uche delivered strong brand and commercial growth in a number of challenging roles in Nigeria. She has a BA in Political Science from Ramapo College, New Jersey in the USA and a Diploma in Strategic Marketing from the Columbia University Business School.
