JOHN PAINTSIL DENIES DATING SHATTA MICHY

Former Black Stars defender, John Paintsil, has asked bloggers to respect Shatta Wale’s baby mama, Shatta Michy. The footballer is disappointed with false online reports that Shatta Michy is having an affair with him.

Some of the reports indicated that the player had purchased her a house and a car after Shatta Wale allegedly kicked her out of his house. In an interview with Franky 5 on ‘This Is Gospel’, John Paintsil was appalled by the stories and asked bloggers to stop peddling falsehood about Shatta Michy.

“There is nothing going on between me and Shatta Michy. We don’t have that connection. Sometimes I feel so sorry about the way the media just go on and put something that they don’t have any clue about it, destroying peoples homes…If you want to write something about them you have to show some respect,” the defender said.

John Paintsil asked bloggers to stop playing with the emotions of Ghanaians especially because Shatta Michy is a mother.  He also denied claims that he bought a house and car for the ex-girlfriend of Shatta Wale.

Rumours of an affair between the two became widespread after a photo surfaced showing the two sitting next to each other at the F360 Ghana Football Awards in 2018.

The footballer also warned that such false stories could cost him the relationship with his new lover.

“Trying to wrap me around someone’s wife is not on….I have a woman in my life. You putting [out] that story could cause a lot of problems,” he bemoaned.

John Paintsil also revealed on ‘This Is Gospel’ that his new lover helps him immensely with his spiritual growth as a Christian and he is ready to tie the knot with her.

Rapper Medikal has reacted to rumours that he cheated on his ex-girlfriend, Deborah Vanessa aka Sister Debbie.

The rapper announced actress Fella Makafui as his new girlfriend after ditching former girlfriend who is also a musician, Sister Debbie in what came as a surprise to many because the two had dated for years.

In a recent post-breakup interview, Sister Debbie revealed she left Medikal because he had cheated on her many times during their love journey.

But, Medikal described Sister Debbie as a “liar” insisting he never cheated on her as presumed in the public domain.

Speaking on Joy FM’s Drive Time show with Lexis Bill on Monday, Medikal said one of the factors that led to their breakup was because Sister Debbie was paying heed to rumours outside their relationship.

Medikal is part of a tall list of entertainers to grace this weekend’s star-studded event, 3 Music Awards, happening live at the Fantasy Dome on March 30, 2018.

THERE ARE INEQUALITY ISSUES IN POLYGAMOUS MARRIAGES – Dr. Kweku Oteng’s 4th Wife Admits

Former beauty queen, and wife of Ghanaian business mogul, Dr. Kwaku Oteng – Sally Amoakowaa Mensah, popularly called Akua, has revealed that there are issues in polygamous marriages.

According to her, often, peace does not reign in such marriages, making the relationship strained, and sometimes filled with jealousy and envy. Akua made these revelations in the recent episode of her Purple Room show.

Revealing why she decided to speak on such a sensitive topic, Akua said people especially young ones, have been flooding her inbox with questions asking if it was right for them to enter into polygamous marriages.

She stated that some wives may feel cheated and unable to speak out. The former beauty queen further revealed that there was often lack of equal love for all the wives, and this could result in chaos, regrets, and others.

“Same love is not shown, meanwhile, it is expected that a man must have the same amount of love for their wives,” Akua stressed.

She, however, condemned the case of unequal love, saying it is a sin. We cannot say if Akua was speaking from her own experience, or she was simply making a general point. Akua was having this discussion with two pastors, one of them, Prophet Mesheck Abor, who is married to two wives.

Abor was very supportive of polygamous marriage and backed his stance with scriptures from the bible which he interpreted. The other pastor, however, rejected the idea of polygamous marriage, stating emphatically that God hates it.

He noted that God created just one woman for the first man Adam, and that is how he intended it to be. Meanwhile, Akua is pregnant with her third child for her millionaire husband.

She had often been criticised for claims that she married a man old enough to be her father. But she rebutted the claims and said that she married Dr Kweku Oteng out of love and his humility.

Akua already has two handsome boys with her husband. She ended her show by advising Ghanaians to make the best decision that would help them when it comes to choosing to enter into a polygamous marriage or not.
