Ghanaian Reggae musician and medical doctor, Knii Lante has advised his fellow brothers and sister to have adequate sleep.

Knii Lante took to his Instagram page and highlighted the very key benefits and significance of having enough rest and sleep coming from his domain as a health practitioner.

According to the ‘Lagos To Vienna’ singer, adequate rest prevents excessive weight gain and boosts the immune system.
